In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the sourcesaid.com website if such claims are reported to us.

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the site by providing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

To file a DMCA notice, please provide all of the following information in your communication.

  1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by this notice, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works.
  2. Identify the material or link you claim is infringing and that access to which is to be disabled. Include the URL of the link shown on the site or the exact location where such material may be found.
  3. Provide your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Include a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Please deliver this notice, with all items completed, to sourcesaid.com through our Contact Us page.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content that was removed is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information.

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will review the submission and may restore the material to the site at our discretion, unless the original complaining party files a legal action relating to the allegedly infringing material.
